In order to comply with the Ontario government requirements and observe physical distancing and good hygiene, we are implementing several modifications to the way we currently operate. These changes include:

    • Do not come to the club if you have symptoms of COVID-19 or don't feel well

    • Do not come to the club if you have travelled outside the country in the past 14 days

    • Maintain the recommended physical distancing of 6 feet on the fields and common areas such as the porch and parking lot.

    • Hand sanitizer and sanitizing wipes shall be available on the porch and entrance to the fields for members use.

    • Hand sanitizer, sanitizing wipes in the porta potty so users can wipe down the seat before and after use.

    • No lawn chairs will be provided. We ask members bring their own lawn chair if they wish to rest between rounds while maintaining physical distancing.

    • Please refrain from bringing dogs to the club until further notice

  2. Clubhouse Restrictions

    • General access to the clubhouse shall be restricted to designated administrative individuals.

    • Members shall not congregate it the clubhouse, and only enter to pay or get a beverage, then exit.

    • The use of shooting cards is encouraged to minimize the amount of cash transactions. We will look at other cashless or electronic payment options as well.

    • The total number of people allowed in the clubhouse at any one time shall be 5 or less.

    • A physical barrier will be installed on the desk to facilitate any transactions between the members and the secretary.

    • The floor will be marked with guidelines to assist members with physical distancing.

  3. Modified Shooting Procedures

    • Shooting squads shall be limited to 4 people with a designated puller (does not shoot) to eliminate passing the controllers from person to person.

    • The controller shall be wiped down between rounds.

    • Sharing of firearms shall not be permitted.

    • Maintain physical distancing while shooting while always being mindful of safety.

    • Use the picnic tables to unpack and pack up guns. Alternately, this can be done at your vehicle, but please exercise extreme caution.

    • Spent shells will be picked up at the end of the day.
